"I didn't get my room the first night and had to book into another hotel , because the phone number to reception where I was staying was wrong. It was for their sister hotel. This is the number supplied by Expedia email. The next day I went to check in being 500 euros out of pocket. They couldn't locate my house key as someone else had taken it.
