"The hosts are charming and very helpful. We felt most welcome. The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast superb. There was evidence by way of ash and ends caught in the rail of the sliding doors of the bedroom leading out to the pool, that someone had smoked in the room which was unfortunate."

"I regret booking this place, it’s very dull and needs a lot of maintenance, the wardrobe was outside our room, how in earth do you expect people to keep their clothes in the wardrobe placed on a passage where everyone has access on? "What a lovely place, and the wildlife was absolutely spectacular. Really enjoyed our stay and the barman and the staff at the Boma were OUTSTANDING. "

"Beautiful property & rooms, excellent service with attention to detail, friendly staff, good food (very accommodating with dietary requirements). "

"Nice location with excellent cuisine, "

For example the oven is FILTHY, the sink is perpetually full of used, dirty dishes and cutlery/crockery/glasses/cookware all need to be upgraded/replaced. I think the shared space is a great idea, but it has to be drastically improved to reflect...
