"I had a very unpleasant experience choosing this airport hotel over another one which I had work related event at the next day. I stayed in the hotel for one day and since booking everything was below expectations. First, been told need to book car park and asked to send details then no response for hours. "Nice large room with comfortable beds. The room was very noisy due to an event close by that ended at 11pm. We found bread crumbs and an old chip on the floor. The floor left bits on our feet. For the price it should have been quiet and clean. The room cost £261 with £20 for parking. No breakfast included. Not good value for money. When I booked it also said 8 minute walk to AO Arena but you actually have to get a tram which takes 13 minutes."
