The staff were nice and helpful, very clean room . The hotel offered delightful breakfast, variety of fresh fruits and pastries, and fruit juices. Parking is free . Overall , we enjoyed our 4 night stay and will definitely book in this hotel again next time we visit to Monte San Guisto.

This is the prettiest hotel I have stayed at in Italy. The bed is a normal bed and super comfortable. And an adult size modern shower. Really exceptional hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large and very modern. By far my favorite hotel that I have stayed in - in Italy

Beautiful historic villa located near Montecassiano. The staff were friendly, and the food was outstanding.

I joined my wife in Italy. She had been in Matelica for two weeks and needed to stay one additional week. Since I did not have business in Matelica we decided that we would find a place outside of the town where I could relax. Based on reviews we selected Borgo Lanciano. The property is large and very well kept. The room was spacious and overlooked the outdoor pool with a view toward the hills. Perhaps it was because the season had not yet begun, but the hotel was empty. We would...

Hotel is close to the beach. Hotel service is overall excellent. Beach parasol booking at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent even though half hour slots is too tight and really not acceptable. There were an espresso machine in the room but no coffee capsules, only the. Instead they offered instant coffee - a bit cheap. Does not reflect the otherwise quiet boutique luxury this hotel offers.

BOOK ONLY HERE WHEN IN THE AREA! This property and room is beyond exceptional. It truly is a slice of heaven. The attention to every detail is nothing I have seen before in Italy. The comfort of the bed, the exceptionally soft sheets, the black out blinds, the shower, the art, even the colors and features of the room take you to such a relaxing and heavenly space. It is one thing to see the photos and another to experience - truly beyond my expectations. The spa was also heavenly. And...

Very nice modern hotel, nice spacious rooms, very quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Good breakfast buffet. Definitely a place to come back to!

I left with a heavy heart, and will absolutely come back. The view is fantastic, the hotel has a ""60s flavor", but it is well kept. The staff is extremely professional, experienced and will make you feel welcome. First class restaurant, wine selection is good too.

What an amazing place, highly recommend for a quiet and peaceful stay in a picturesque Italian village. Enjoy the excellent restaurants in Staffolo.

We loved the room. It is big and so clean. The place is 12-15mins away from the Holy House but it is worth staying.

Optimal service and a clean comfortable room. Front desk staff members were gracious and generous with local suggestions. Excellent location near beach. Recommend!!
