"Very disappointing stay. The AC wasn’t working, and we were never informed ahead of time or at check in. When we asked the front desk, they simply said nobody in the hotel had AC, without even apologizing for the inconvenience.
The room was outdated and poorly maintained. The desk was falling apart, and the top of the mini fridge was unstable. The lobby looks beautiful, but the rooms definitely don’t live up to it.
For a four star hotel, we expected much better accommodations and customer...
"The hotel determines a level of air conditioning that it feels is appropriate for its guests. So it will block your ability to lower or activate the air conditioning unit even though they have AC. Definitely a cost-savings measure. First night there was fine as i could lower the temp to 20 C or 70 F. Second night, they arbitrarily determined to limit the lowest temperature to 22 C. There was no air movement - fan or AC - in the room. We had two rooms and both rooms had this issue. We were told...
"It was an okay hotel. Not the best place and not the worst either. The wifi was very very poor. I had to literally roam my data throughout my stay. The amenities were not the most modern either."
"The shuttle from the airport was easy and efficient. The hotel looks as if it is in the middle of the countryside despite being a short drive from the airport.
My room was spacious and well equipped. I used the hot tub and the swimming pool area for a couple of hours before dinner our plenty of towels and a dressing gown provided to use this area.
My only negative comment was regard to the restaurant. I was not asked if I had any allergies before ordering and fresh bread was placed on my table...
"Wir können dises Hotel absolut empfehlen.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Alles ist vollkommen sauber und das Frühstück ist toll."
"This was a really lovely hotel, rooms were lovely and spacious. I personally liked the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, however it can get so busy that it is not possible to use at times. I think having two jacuzzis or a time limit would make it a fair use for everyone. The outdoor pool was exceptionally nice, he came over to clean it many times. My only criticism is the two breakfast ladies staff were very rude and kept breaking cups around us, so quite dangerous at times … ALSO breakfast options...
"The hotel is very dated. The bedding is terrible polyester material. The breakfast was limited. The staff was nice for what the property offered. The best part is the view and location. The shuttle to the ferry station is not free, just 1.50€ but still it’s not disclosed. Lake Garda is beautiful but I probably won’t stay at this location again."
