They seemed abit blurr and not too happy to when asked. Location very good especially if you intend to use their rail system cos station is just across the hotel about 5 minutes walk or so."

"キングサイズで予約したのに、ダブルベッドにされました。予約画面を印刷した紙を見せたらHotels.comが間違いと言われましたが、部屋の変更どころか返金もないし、詐欺ですね。しかも直接予約したら1泊あたり3000円安くなると言われました。何のための予約サイト？さらに、床は髪の毛など落ちていて不衛生で、ベッドメイキングではシーツは滞在中ずっと取り替えず毎日同じシーツで畳むだけ。4つ星は嘘です。異国でトラブルになりたくないので、それ以上の抗議はせずに泣き寝入り。インターナショナルホテルとは名ばかりで、英語もろくに通じない。チェックインの時にデポジットで一度預けたクレジットカードの不正利用がないか今はそれが一番心配です。大事な事なのでもう一度言います。このホテルは詐欺だと思います。"
