"The front picture of the hotel when we made the booking, was from another hotel. The beautiful hotel right on the lakeside, is not the hotel you book. The staff agreed that this was misleading, but would not do anything about it. They even said 'you should tell hotels.com to fix their website'. Very frustrating to put the responsibility on the customer, and I have learned since that they have been informed several times before. This is a scam and I can only warn others against it.
