"I love the all-inclusive part and the variety of food they serve every day. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when we were looking for a phone charger adapter. The sockets are different from the US electric sockets. The only thing I wish all hotels had was an exhaust fan in the bathrooms, because our room here doesn't have any. Also, I was expecting mini toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, like the ones they give in hotels in Asia. Overall, our room with an ocean view...

Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room. The WiFi is not particularly good. The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff. The food was ok though nothing special."
