"La nostra prenotazione per 3 camere doppia, fatta in ottobre non è stata rispettata, la mattina del giorno del nostro arrivo ci è stata inviata una mail con l'avviso che il prezzo era cambiato, quasi triplicato, non lasciandoci così neanche la possibilità di cancellare sia la prenotazione con expedia per le 3 camere, sia neanche la prenotazione della singola, aggiunta in un secondo momento, all'arrivo abbiamo rifiutato il prezzo offerto e siamo dovuti andare via"
