"Everything about the apartments was excellent apart from a problem with the Wi-Fi and this was remedied swiftly by the staff who supplied a brand new router for us. I would happily stay there many times it is a lovely place with lovely staff "
"تم تحويلي لفندق اخر في ساعه متاخرة من الليل امل في اعاده قيمة حجزي وكذلك الحجز باسم Ahmed Alhosayen حيث حجزنا غرفتين عن طريق موقعكم وفي الحقيقة انها كانت تجربة غير موفقه الفندق غير جيد والموقع يجب ان يضمن لي حقي حيث ان ادارة الفندق اخبرتني انه لايوجد غرف في الفندق وانهم سيذهبون بي الى فندق اخر ولو كنت ارغب في الفندق الاخر لحجزت فيه مباشرة اتمنى ان تجد شكواي هذه اذن صاغية من ادارة الموقع واعاده مادفعته اشكر لكم تجاوبكم واهتمامكم"
"The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia.
Beds are comfortable
Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach.
We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year.
Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either.
We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not.

"Awesome property! Beautiful grounds. Staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. Onsite owners are a breath of fresh air. Food is high quality and delicious. Have stayed 2 years in a row and will return. The rooms are large and accommodating with private balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and striking green scenery. I found nothing I wanted or needed that wasn’t there. Outstanding!"
"Trips, their cars 4-wheel were very old and packed with people. For example on safari they packed 18 people in car. From other places, as I seen it in the parking lot, they all have smaller cars, 4 or 6 people."
"First visit to Gambia and although we realised the star rating system was not on par with the UK it fell well below on many aspects. In its defence the manager has only recently taken this hotel over and things were improving even during our one week stay. The staff are lovely and the location is as good as the photos suggest. The description of a 'wellness' centre is not terribly accurate. It needs to sort out the water system as most days we had to report that we had no water and they then did...
