"Room not as described, aircon not working, unable to have windows open in evening due to bats, making it unbearable. Some winfows screwed shut. (Fire hazard) Curtain missing on lounge area allowing multiple view points to see in room. As for FOOD/SERVICE, terrible ordered breakfast, first in restaurant, Took 1HR 15MINS before breakfast served. Advertised big bottles of wine, but would only served per glass."
"An absolutely beautiful hotel from the moment you enter the grounds. Wonderfully renovated property with gorgeous understated style everywhere. Our bedroom was luxurious and comfortable with complimentary minibar and home made snacks. Very welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast and dining were of a good standard in great surroundings. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Will return."
"Staying at Roch Castle was a truly unique experience and well recommended. Location to the peninsula was great and the charm of staying in a 12th century renovated castle was great experience. It has been renovated to the highest quality and has lovely sitting rooms to relax in."
"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "
"The tranquil setting and gorgeous building felt very special. We also enjoyed the gourmet breakfast that started the day . My only observation is that the Arts & Crafts building offers an opportunity to enhance that throughout rather than what is on the walls now, and feels like generic hotel decor that could be found anywhere. "The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. Our room was very pleasant ,though a “proper”wardrobe would have been appreciated.

"This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). We ended our lovely evening in the bar area which had a great atmosphere and...
"This is a beautiful hidden gem. Nestled in beautiful countryside and affording total peace and quiet. The B&B is set in stunning grounds the accommodation was of the highest standard with all of the extras you would from luxury accommodation. The hosts are amazing. A family business with owners who you can see really care. A lovely warm welcome (freshly made Welsh cakes in the suite) and superb freshly cooked breakfast made with local produce. Cannot find anything to fault about this place....

The flat is in a perfect location in the middle of Tenby - bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants all at your doorstep. The beach only a short walk away so it could not be in a better position. The views from the apartment are breathtaking and the apartment itself is beautifully furnished. So why only give it 2 stars? For us, our long weekend was totally...
