Beautiful location. A little busy though. There were two weddings and a huge baby shower the weekend we were there. We had a ground level suite with a patio and we felt like we were in a fishbowl because the events were right off of our patio. Most of the staff were phenomenal and exceptionally good at their jobs. A few of the staff were a little clueless and contradicted their exceptional colleagues. The food was really exceptional. Perhaps the best resort food I have ever experienced.

A Slice of Paradise at Surf & Sand Laguna
From the moment you step onto the property, Surf & Sand Laguna wraps you in the kind of coastal magic only Laguna Beach can offer. The sound of crashing waves greets you the second you check in—because yes, the beach is truly right there. It ’s like waking up inside a dream, where every room has a front-row seat to the Pacific Ocean.
Surf & Sand is more than a resort—it’s a soulful escape where we as a family can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect...

Five stars and the best facility in the Laguna area by far. Makes all the other hotels i.e. Montage, Ritz Carlton and Pelican seem like relics from 2000. The service has now caught its stride and its almost nearly as perfect as the Four Seasons Wailea or the Mayfair on Stratton in London.

I have to say, we stayed in the Villas our first time around with our dearest friends and then had the pleasure of staying in the Bungalow with a stunning view of ocean on the 2nd visit, a few days ago to celebrate our 18th anniversary. It was outstanding, your staff went above and beyond to make our one and only night, a night to remember. They helped us celebrate with such class, care, and exceeding our expectations at every turn. It was very much appreciated and so special. Your resort feels...
