"Stayed at The Little Shore for just under 2 weeks and it was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. "Most unique property we have ever stayed at in Phang Nga. Simply gorgeous, classic Thai architecture and the villas were generously sized with plunge pools. "This was our second visit to X10, after our first in 2019. With two young children, X10 is perfect with the pools, beach and activities on offer. "We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. "Only 5 minutes to Khao lak town, the resort is becoming a little bit dated, not very user friendly to elderly people as a lot of the stairs are unsafe thin and uneven especially on the bridges going over the pools. The onsite restaurant menu is average and the food similar most nights the restaurant was very quiet as people ate out elsewhere. We had a pool access room which was nice. Overall would we stay there again 50/50 on that."

"Frist of all, the restaurant prices are provided before the taxes and the surface charge comparing to what we used to in all over Thailand prices. Another thing is that the hotel told us that we can use the hot spring pool until 10 pm. When we got to the pool we found it was empty for cleaning at 8 pm. Also, in the next day they did the same thing, although we told them we want to use it at the same time."
