"The property itself is beautiful, and the pool was a real highlight. It was very relaxing and well maintained. However, a few key issues made the stay quite disappointing overall. The room had no air conditioning, and unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave. They did provide a portable unit, but it was not effective at all.
