"The staff were very patient, friendly, and accommodating. They were very hospitable. I enjoyed my stay here. There are a lot of monkeys on the resort fyi but they donât bother the guests. The WiFi wasnât as strong in my room but other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"I spent 11 days at the resort and was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, attentiveness, cleanliness, and overall resort performance. In particular, there were several people that went above and beyond to include Sabina and Catherine in the dining hall; bartender Paul and multiple other drink servers; and managers Mercer and Defence. I was also impressed with the Spa, in so much I had four spa services. Although the spa is somewhat small for a resort this size, that didnât take away...

"Staff were extremely nice.
Salmata checked us in and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome as it was very last minute and we had just had a bad experience at our other lodging.
Arrived in the morning, she offered us coffee and assigned our room.
Definitely will return."
