"Wonderful atmosphere and service"

"I’ve been to Disneyland Hotel in US and Japan as well and the Paris one is by far the best. The decor is so elegant not to mention its size. 2 wings with Royal Buffet right over the Disneyland entrance. The Parks are literally right in front of you 5minute walk and Magic hour was wonderful and lines very reasonable. We arrived 15 minutes before Magic hour and was 25th in line. "The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. The furniture and rugs were filthy. Also, the staff twice entered my room after a quick knock. One was checking to see if the room had been cleaned and the other one insisted he needed to check the mini bar stock. I was in bed half dressed taking a rest at 3pm. The level of unprofessional was baffling....

"This is not a 5 star hotel! Many details were missing from the hotel. Even a bar of soap everyday. I left numerous messages for advise, reservations etc and not one response through e-mail. They closed the bar one night for a private party and our group could not get a drink at all. Location is good and most of the staff was wonderful."
