"Lovely and stylish hotel. Very good location.
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Spa was a bit too small area. And jacuzzi was not in use.
Excellent hotel with great staff."
"Rooms were large and well maintained. The pool area was small, but the pool itself nice and large.
The gym was a decent size, but quite a low ceiling and as a tall person, it meant I couldn't use the treadmills as my head would have hit the ceiling.
Breakfast was very nice.
My only complaint is the stinginess around water and coffee. You got 4 Nespresso pods and one bottle of water. Any additional you had a note that would have been charged. For a 5* hotel this smarted a bit and felt more...
"This is the best hotel of my trip! Wonderful, welcoming staff and they are so helpful from the moment you arrive. They literally met us at the door, grabbed our luggage, and parked our car. It was magical! The accommodations are lovely and all-inclusive. So the fridge full of drinks is yours to enjoy. Also, delicious apples available, and chocolates with the turndown service. Oh, and the breakfast is simply amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay here!"
"Sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man sogar vor der Türe kostenlos parken. Ansonsten haben wir in den Nebenstraßen auch Parkplätze gefunden. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!"
"The location is a long way from the centre, I booked a single room which was very small and with one available electrical socket in the bedroom. Some of the lights didn’t work. It was functionally usable in the way an Ibis is but billed as a 5 star."
"Staff at front desk excellent! Convenient location.Grocery store across street and laundry next door! Nice clean room. If you get a room with courtyard view instead of street view prepare to see miscellaneous roofing, wood, and other people's balcony close by as your view. Aside from that. Excellent!"
"Hotel was amazing incredible! Impeccable service and location. The kind and helpful staff set it apart from the other hotels we have stayed at. We travel through Greece quite often and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at!"
