"Stayed here a few years ago. Was much better then. Service and amenity has gone downhill."

"Very conveniently located, this hotel is modern and very clean. Everything is well maintained and worth the value. Last but not least, the staffs were all very friendly and attentive meeting your expectations at all times. Will definitely stay here again in Florence."
