"I liked the room size and the variety of food in the restaurants, I did not like the staff attitude and behavior, they have no sense of hospitality, they are not welcoming or friendly. Waited for more than 3 hours to get the room, there was no amenities available in the toilet and when I requested the housekeeping staff just throw them in the room at the TV table and not arranged in the toilet, moreover, next day they didn’t replaced the used towels I have to request that, I paid at the...
