"The location is beautiful and so is the hotel. The only thing that let it down was a bit of clumsyness: Cleaning of the room, dirty plates left in the room, no new toilet roll added, the room was 1st floor with stairs, we travelled with a young child and were unaware there was no lift before arrival. I would just expect better from a 5*"

The executive suite is very spacious and the bed very comfortable, it is on the roadside but we didn’t hear traffic but did use eye mask for the light after closing the blinds still allowed a little through and we had a great sleep. Breakfast offered several choices so something for everyone and it was plentiful & delicious. We highly recommend a stay here and an explore around Tewkesbury"
