"The room was clean, front desk staff welcoming. On Saturday night I called and asked for toilet paper and Kleenex. They said I needed to come to front desk to get items. I had just showered and was in pajamas. They never came with my items. I had to use my own Kleenex as toilet paper. I picked up items on Sunday morning myself after breakfast."

"Upon arrival, we were given a room that someone was already staying in. We opened the door to find guests and their belongings and had to go back down stairs to find a different room. The second room reeked of cigarette smoke as did much of the floor. on our second night, the smoke alarm in the room started to go off every five minutes or so at 10:30pm when we were already in bed. When we called the front desk, they wanted us to identify the issue and then suggested we remove it and take out or replace the battery. seemed odd, but we did and it still beeped so we wrapped in a rtowel and left it in the hallway. Overall not a great exerience. not to mention the room itself was dingy and "
