"Kruger park was only about 20 minutes away by drive. All of the staff were wonderful. So friendly. Whatever you wanted, they would get for you. I couldn’t single out one staff member because they were all perfect. The suites are gorgeous and spotless with a wonderful view of the Sabe River. The food was excellent and so plentiful. "I couldn’t fault this place! The staff were fantastic, the food was awesome. I’d suggest using this place for a few nights then get accommodation in Kruger. Albeit this place was so close it was a good stepping stone to move around and explore if you have your own car.. no uber in this area shop across the road if you need extra’s Highly recommend Michael"

"What a delightful experience at the Kruger Shalati!! From the amazing staff to the amazing facility, everything was full stars! When we left, I was so sad to return to the “real world”. We had the pleasure of riding with Victor for our daily game rides and spotted all Big 5! Victor was amazing along with his companion Amaze! We also had the pleasure of having our waiter Bheki for lunch and Dinner and Kate for breakfast. They were tremendous! The food was also amazing. You have to book this stay!! I’m missing it every day."

"All of the rooms were beautifully renovated. The food was incredible, everyone in the staff went out of their way to make sure that guests were happy, and they called everyone by name. The Safari rides were over the top and our guide Stuart and his tracker Colin were very knowledgeable and professional. The jeeps were brand new and very comfortable. We were sad to leave after an incredible 3 night stay at Leopard Hills."
