"We were kept up most of the night by people playing music and having loud sex next door. I am not sure if they were loud or the fact we had a room with an adjoining door. After an hour plus we called the front desk to complain. The guy told us if they were having sex they should be done soon. I told him it was going on for more than an hour. He told me I could call the police. Two hours later, still playing music and having loud sex. The front desk attendant knocked on their door to ask them to keep it down. They basically told him to go away and then he told them we were threatening to call the police, Great for him to put us in that position. Went down in the morning and the young lady was nice but basically the message was you get what you pay for. We even offered to move to another room, but they were full. They seem to get a lot of local clienteles on the weekends. I would not suggest going there with your family/kids. If you do, take your light noise machine or get the app on your phone. Aside from above, cleanliness is sub par and many odors."

"I had previously stayed at this hotel & everying was good. Upon arrival at this stay their computer system was down, this was the first day for desk manager. She could not reach supervisor or housekeeping staff to verify if room was availabe. I was forced to find another hotel at the last minute. I will not return back there again. I was able to get my reservation monies refunded when Expedia called the hotel to confirm that the rooms were not available. Thanks Expedia😀"

"My experience was ok in some areas but definitely have feedback for the hotel staff. The restaurant service was VERY slow--there were only a few of us in the area and it took over 45 minutes to get my food, and it was terrible food. It was not cooked well (I had seafood) so you can imagine what occurred. My second night, I needed to get to bed early so I could get to the airport knowing I'd experience delays and the hotel security kept coming up to my room and banging on my door for whatever reason. I finally called the desk after the second episode (I did not open the door) and asked if the hotel was on fire or something--otherwise do not disturb me with anxious security/staff. There was no valid reason for them to bang on my door--later finding out that there was a bag of old food outside my door and they wanted to know if it was mine--why didn't they just throw it away? If it was mine, I would have brought it in my room! The hotel accommodations were fine-clean without many amenities."

"Yes, there are several shopping centers, a Target and you are very close to Roosevelt Field which is a giant mall. There are also several small stores for little things like milk or shampoo. Was a great location!"
