Pleasant city centre hotel

Very pleasant one night stay in the centre of Aachen. Hotel in a good central position Clean and comfortable with friendly helpful reception staff. Room small but had everything we required. Particularly pleased to get secure parking place under the hotel.

Motel One in Essen was the very first Motel One I ever stayed in and I've loved it from that very first time, looking out for Motel One hotels whenever I travel. This was the first time of returning to Essen with my partner and I'm delighted that he loves it as much as I do. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, the toiletries provided are the only ones provided by a hotel that I will actually use and the spacious shower is lovely. My partner loved the chilled atmosphere and being able to relax in the lounge with a beer at the end of the day, his only slight reservation being the lack of any hot food at breakfast.

Great stay in Aachen.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was close to all the main sights in Aachen and the paid parking in the back was very easy to access (although Google Maps doesn't register that cars can drive on that road - adjust accordingly, it's one-way, and you can!). Very clean and modern room with breathing space, with friendly and efficient staff. It was the second time we had stayed in a Motel One and so far we've been impressed.

Great stay

Great centrally located hotel in Aachen. The room was very comfortable and staff was polite. Ask for a quiet room to avoid noise from the main road in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good but slightly overpriced.

Nice hotel with great lounge and bar. Small but comfortable room. Great location; especially for the Christmas market and only 10 minutes walk from the station. Did a great day trip to Monschau from here.

The hotel lobby is trendy and welcoming. The room, whole a little small was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Had a good view of the theatre. Very good value, short walk from train station and right next to the historical center and lots of dining. Would stay again and definably recommend.
