"The hotel location is prime, near central Aachen city hall and the cathedral. It is a “no-friills” hotel, but that was ok and as expected. The rooms are neat and clean and the beds are comfortable. Excellent AC in rooms. The bathroom was very basic with little shelf space, but it was clean and acceptable. ..."

"It was clean It was extremely small! The entrance has steps as a wheelchair user this was difficult! The area is dirty and scary! A lot of noise at night and bright lights disturbing sleep. Did not feel safe."
