"Hotel Murcia Rincon de Pepe was the perfect hotel to stay in Murcia. The staff were very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. They always greeted with a big smile making us feel welcome. Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel is steps away from the Murcia Cathedral and near all eating and shopping venues. The entire facility was impeccable and well maintained. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Parking is close by and also in a very safe area. Breakfast was incredibly delicious with a variety of very healthy options. This is a must-stay hotel when visiting Murcia! I will sign up with Meliá rewards as a result of this experience and in anticipation of future travel. Amazing staff!!!!"

"Fantastic hotel. Been upgraded since I stayed there last and honestly had a great stay. Staff are fantastic and helpful. Amenities, everything you could want. Bars and restaurants nearby so choice is not a problem if you want a change from the great food served at La Laguna."

"Front desk staff was excellent from check in to checkout. They were always helpful and kind. The hotel room was a standard room. Very clean. But it was pretty warm- we kept the AC as low as possible and it wasn’t cold by any means. Gym had the essentials but was actually nice and cold. Cafe was often empty- difficult to locate staff so only ate there once. Location was good, about 10-15 minute, flat walk to main part of the city with more restaurants/shopping/site seeing. But really close to the Thursday market, which was nice. Underground parking was convenient, affordable and safe (best to have a small car- for the entire area). Overall, good experience here."

"Nice hotel, it was spotlessly clean everyday. Very walkable location, even to the main bus station, you can hop on a bus to and from the airport for less than 2 euros. Plenty of food places nearby too. Breakfast was great, lots of healthy options and even had soya milk which is helpful if you're vegan. I would happily stay again."

"The hotel was lovely and the surroundings perfect with a swimming pool and beautiful sitting area. What did seem odd that there was no bar to relax in. One restaurant member told us we could not sit of an evening for drinks only and that we should go in to the bar of the restaurant itself? When checking out the very good receptionist told us that we should have been able to get drinks and sit outside on the ratten chairs that were available. So when we do visit the hotel again we are now aware of our positions as hotel guests. We otherwuse really enjoyed the hotel. Rooms where comfortable and the breakfast perfect and very much to our liking."
