予約の部屋を間違って喫煙室にしてしまった。当然のことながら部屋はとてもたばこの匂いが強かった、空気清浄機を長時間稼働して少しマシになった、空室の時も匂いを消す方法換気をしてほしい。

ホテルに落ち度はないが、若干ガタが来ている。

ホテルは網走駅の目の前にあり、絶対に迷うことはない。 ただ、網走市街は駅から離れているので、買い物や飲み屋街へのアクセスは悪め。 チェックイン手続きや室内の設備は一般的なビジネスホテル。 さすが安定のルートイン。 特に不自由なく過ごすことができ、シングルの部屋でもそこそこの広さがある。 苦言を呈するとすると、築年数が古いのか(?)ボロさが垣間見える。 それさえなければ(気にしなければ)文句ない。

Overall I enjoyed my 2 nights here. Pluses - easy parking on site, free breakfast ok with hot and cold dishes, Japanese and western but no tea available. Room ok just a bit dark. Wifi variable. Laundry facilities good. First night I was on 3F which I think was above the public bath and so noisy with machinery noises I hardly slept. I asked to be moved to a higher floor and the gentleman took care of it all and I slept well the next night on 8F. In the morning of course there were guest wake up alarms going off at 530&630 am which I could hear but that is not really the hotel's fault as it happens everywhere.Staff were helpful and using translation apps worked fine.
