"Purchased through Expedia. My wife's father passed away and they would not reply to any of our messages and Expedia would not help with a credit or refund. Even with a death in the family. We never made it to our vacation. Sad that no one cared enough to get back to us in such a terrible family ..."

"Where to begin. The staff were all super friendly and polite and the lifts work quickly, I think thats about where the good points end. The hotel is utterly falling apart.
