Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Very comfortable beds, nice and clean kitchen and bathroom. Cute living room area. Lots of little touches to make the unit homey and cozy! The A/C kept us cool during our stay. Appreciated the coffee pot, creamer, extra fan, and the toiletry items! Look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend.

We've stayed at this property several times. It's cozy and clean just as the title states. Also in a good location...close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Ann is always very responsive to any concerns we may have. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Space

This was the perfect space for my visit. I was walking distance from several places I needed to pop into during my trip, and it was a quick drive to anywhere that was too far to walk. The apartment was clean and it was obviously the host put a lot of care into creating a cozy getaway. It had everything I needed and more. I’m looking forward to staying there again.

Great Rental Space

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this space and it was just as perfect this time around as last time. Ann is so easy to communicate with and available to answer any questions. Any issues are always incidental and quickly resolved, such as cars in the wrong parking spots. Occasionally someone shuts a door with a little force too early in the morning, but any minor noise is far better than the alternative of a hotel. Clean, cozy, and perfect!

My stay there was awesome! Host was very welcoming and shined with absolute awesomeness. Cozy, chill and very peaceful. No complaints whatsoever and i enjoyed myself. My thanks ti the superhost for being so kind and inviting! 😁

This was our first time with VRBO. We loved it. It was so nice just having to get a few food items to make the home complete. My wife juices. There was already a blender there! The neighbors were super nice and quiet. Didn't get to meet the host, but she was quick to reply to questions and true to her word. Only drawback was somewhat steep steps, not good for physically challenged. Other than that, I would love to stay there again!

Disappointed

After spending two nights here my 45 year old daughter was so up set she left and had planned to stay for two more days. This advertisement is very misleading. It states air conditioning but only has a small unit in one of the bedrooms and the remainder of the house stay warm. We complained to the owner and she stated she could come and show us how to use the air conditioner. We are from Florida - I believe we know how to use air conditioners. She stated it was only 60 degrees and that was true at night time. The windows were full of dirt and bugs so opening them was not an option, nor do we feel safe in a strange place with the windows open. It's advertised that the couch makes out to a bed and sleeps 5, The couch does not make out to a bed and the beds are so small that you better really like the person you are sleeping with, one of them has a sink hole in the middle. One bedroom door does not close. The kitchen is stocked with the bare minimum and most of the cabinets are empty. It is advertised as having a coin operated washer and dryer but does not state that you share the one washer and one dryer with 8 different apartments, and if you are wanting to wash clothes on the weekend you need to go to a laundry mat unless you prefer to do your laundry after 9 pm. Would not stay here or in any of the owners homes again. We have rented with VRBO on several occasions and this was absolutely the worst place so far.
