Everything was as I knew it when it was a Holiday Inn. All was fine except that one of the elevators was shaking slightly as it went up to the 14th floor in a way that didn't suggest anything major that need maintenance.. but it did aim to show its age. in addition to the fact that those who would use the gym had to climb to it from the 16th floor via the (non-air conditioned) stairs.

The breakfast was pretty basic and the same everyday. The lifeguard at the pool did an excellent job, kept the place clean and was very helpful to everyone.

Great location in the middle of downtown. Walkable to corniche as well as Abu Dhabi Mall. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and all service was extremely prompt. I called the front desk because my iron didn’t work and they delivered a new one to my room in less than 2 minutes! Hotel isn’t the newest, but it is clean and well kept.

I don’t recommend for family vocations

The hotel biggest issue is the cleanliness. They don’t change my bed sheets if I don’t ask them to do so you can see dam on the floor edge and the mold in shower. I would not advise anyone to take the breakfast there. People are friendly there anyway. I chose it for the price and location.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was overall enjoyable with a good variety, particularly the custom made omelettes. For the deluxe room, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. My only criticism was that the shower floor drain was poorly designed, which caused water puddles and flooding each time we used it. Additionally, the dinner buffet was disappointing — limited variety and food was not up to a high standard. The neighbourhood area is the inner city downtown where you get lots of food restaurants within walking distance, not the bougie city side if that’s what you’re looking for.

まずレセプションのAungさんが素晴らしかった。こんなに楽しそうに仕事をしている人に、役人仕事が多いドバイ・アブダビにおいて初めて接した。旅行者が現地の人と接する部分は限られたものになるので、それだけでこの国の印象もかなり変わってしまう。アブダビに滞在することを選択し、このホテルに宿泊することが正解だったと証明された。 ホテルとしては清潔感があり部屋も広く施設も整っているので問題がない。日本人向けと言えるでしょう。ただ主要なA1とA2のバス停までちょっと遠いのが難点かもしれない。 あと当日に朝食を頼むと結構な額を請求されるので、予約の段階で朝食を付けると良いでしょう。周りに朝食向けも店はなさそうでしたので。

A estadia foi ok. Um funcionário da recepção foi bem pouco solicito quando perguntei sobre a existência de um banheiro público na recepção. Serviço poderia ser melhor, mas considerando o fato de que escutei uma conversa bem grosseira entre o gerente/dono e um dos funcionários, não me espanta que os funcionários estejam estressados e pouco motivados
