Facilities and staff care excellent but accommoda

Hotel facilities were very good though restaurants a little pricey. Staff care and service excellent. Bedroom and bathroom fixtures and fittings and furnishings all basic and needed revamp, all clean and usable. For this reason I would recommend 3* rating for the hotel.

Comfortable hotel in Abu Dhabi

We booked this for a transit from Abu Dhabi, 20kms from airport, about 55dhs on taxi fare to get there. Overall a very Comfortable stay Buffet breakfast was great with a lot of choices

Decent hotel for families

We stayed a 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) in two superior rooms. The hotel was clean, nice rooms, spacious lobby and good buffet breakfast. Check in was slow and had to wait 45 mins for the rooms

Very good feeling in this Novotel, room is clean, food is good, receptionists are nice and welcoming, helped me printed one page doc for free. Lilian is very nice and helped me extended my late checkout. Very good hotel to stay, definitely will stay in future

We enjoyed a lovely stay! The morning coffee in the Mellow Cafe was a daily ritual and Marco took care of us with a smile. The fun was clean and well equipped and the whirlpool on the ladies change room was Heaven. The pool was lovely and young families enjoyed! We enjoyed pool side lunches at Waves-yum. The cleaning staff were very thorough. All in all, a lovely stay

Pool was under maintenance, but that information was not available during booking procedure. (reason of our booking to this hotel was its pool). Alternative pol was available - for that you needed to walk a few minute via the street. We were travelled as whole family, but there was only one mug and one portion of coffee.

Everything was fine in terms of price/performance, except for the smell of mold in the room. Unfortunately, many of the rooms have the smell of mold or moisture, and friends who have stayed in this hotel have confirmed this. Therefore be careful during long stays !!!

Very pathetic service. Being three occupants requested for extra bath towel, even after calling four times it was not delivered. No coffee sachets and as per the house keeping its not available. Milk creamer too not available. Broken lamp , no enough drinking water in the rooms. No tooth brush or slippers available.

Modern hotel but our room had only been prepared for one person and not for the four guests as booked and was not cleaned and serviced properly. Previous guest's rubbish had been left behind suitcase stand which looked grubby, so we were moved to a different room where curtain was off rail so could not be fully closed, and shower pressure poor.when we checked out we were then told our payment on arrival had not included local fees which were outstanding. Not what we were expecting of a four star hotel at the price point we paid. Disappointing overall experience relative to our previous stay at the Radisson Blu in Abu Dhabi

Worn-out hotel, service could use an overhaul

We first got a room which smelled like an ash tray even though the reception claimed it was a non-smoking room. Thankfully we were given another room which smelled better but the window outside was so dirty you could barely see ouside. Furnitue needs to be replaced. Looks worn-out. Service is terrible even though staff is friendly. Ibhad to ask 5 times for more towels as each room had only 1 large towel and there were 7 of us. Only after a few hours we were given additional 2 towels (and there were 7 of us). Breakfast was very nice and rich. Lots of things to choose from. Very tasty.
