Worst experience from a hotel

I arrived at the hotel late in the evening (my flight from Lagos was delayed). The hotel didn't accept my booking with hotels.com, although I shoved them my reservation (I'm still looking for a way to contact hotels.com to explain what happened). I had to pay AGAIN directly to the hotel - 2 times for the same room. My room was dirty and dark. The AC was not working properly. And the breakfast was very basic. I was waiting for an omelette for over 40min, finally I had to leave the hotel as I had arranged a business meeting and could no longer wait for them to bring my omelette. The whole place looks abandoned, nothing to remind you of a "luxury " hotel! My worst experience with hotels.com...
