The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. An opportunity for improvement would be to improve quality of the mattress. It was so very hard and uncomfortable that I had to use Advil to relieve back pain.

I am disabled and they put me in a room on the 3rd floor. Did not even move me when a room opened up downstairs. Our room needed repairs and updated. Breakfast was not continental. Nothing I could eat. And it was included. That's why I chose this hotel. The swimming pool was nasty. Mosquitoes in the hotel and in our room. The road the hotel is in extremely bad shape. The entrance into the hotel messed up the under side of my suv and I had to have expensive repairs done. You get what you pay for. Pay extra and go elsewhere.

There were no rooms available after taking my money and asked me to go to an annex which is poor, dirty, bedsheet some weird colour looking sheets, the shower doors are stained like not really been cleaned. There are moulds around the sink. The rooms are stuffy and the walls are stained… this is ridiculous. I’m never going there again.

Very good hotel and I recommend it for everybody.

One of the best cleaning hotel I have ever been. The past ten years I stayed in hotels once every year and this is the best. I did like everything there.
