Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Hotels.com put my safety at risk.

This ended up being a scam. Hotels.com prevented me from cancelling the reservation after I determined it was a scam, so I booked another hotel through another service. I ultimately traveled to Sapphire Court and attempted to view the residence but i was turned away, and told that it was a scam because Sapphire Court would never lease rooms on the internet. Needless to say, if i hadn't booked an alternative room after realizing this was a scam, Hotels.com would have left me homeless in Africa! I did eventually get my money back from hotels.com but only after hours of phone calls to an ESL
