The property was strategically located with essential access to local transportation and shopping mall. The host Sandra was pleasant and always attend to our needs immediately when informed. The property should have at least a small storage for those who are not travelling immediately until perhaps in the evening to keep their luggage before travelling to the airport, for instance. Will come back again, all things being equal.

The property is in a great location and absolutely one of the best in town. Security is on point and access to rooms are limited to residents or vacationers with access card. Highly recommended to stay here for the peace of mind

This was my second time staying at the signature and I absolutely loved it. Bridget is amazing, on both occasions she was super helpful and her smile always lit up my day! Courteous staff , excellent amenities , furnitures , bathroom, kitchen utensils. You have standard clean swimming pools , game rooms and movie rooms which we made sure to use and it was lovely. But I almost gave a 4 star because the WiFi got disconnected on our last day but it was explained by our host politely as a general network failure which they were working on. otherwise it was a lovely 5 day stay and I would choose this apartment again if going to Accra

This was my second stay at the Signature Apartment, and overall it was a much better experience. I booked a one-bedroom unit this time, which was a significant improvement over the studio. The space felt more comfortable and, in my view, was worth the price. However, I had planned to extend my stay, but the unit was already booked. The host assured me they would find an alternative option the next morning, but I never received any follow-up. It has now been three weeks with no communication. Making promises without any effort to follow through or even provide an update is disappointing. It left me feeling that verbal assurances here are not reliable.
