Waterfront apartment with garden and wide sea view

Located on the ground floor of a waterfront villa in the hamlet of Pozzillo, Casa Busà boasts a private garden bordering the lava rocks and the sea. From here the view of the sea and the coastline from Pozzillo to Taormina and even Calabria in the distance is simply outstanding.

Casa Busà is composed of a living room which leads to a covered terrace perfect for outdoor dining, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

During your holiday you will be just a stone's throw from the sea and you can take a dip whenever you want, as if it were your own private salt pool. In summer (generally between 15 June and 15 September) ladders are installed on the lava rocks to facilitate the access to the water.

The apartement is located at the end of a private road where you can park, just 500 meters from the center of Pozzillo. This fishing village with a small shop is a quiet and strategic place, halfway between Catania and Taormina, from which to start discovering Eastern Sicily and Mount Etna. Wireless internet is available and included in the price.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- A car and/or an electric bike is required. You can rent a car at the airport and Roberto can help you with renting an electric bike.
- Two streets away from the house (via Carammone 30) there is a grocery store that sells bread, fish and fresh eggs.
- The price includes one set of linen and bathroom towels per person and the final cleaning.
