"Spent four weeks here from mid May to Mid June. Property is very comfortable and new with all required amenities. Ideally located in a fenced in community with dedicated parking included. You can easily walk within a couple of minutes to town and waterfront which is clearly visible from the property. There are also quite a few other free public and paid beach options within a couple of kilometres as well as the town of Monopoli which is about 10-15 minutes away.We made this our hub to visit the Puglia region and it was ideally located making it very easy for day trips to the most popular destinations. Host is very friendly and easy to reach should you need anything. Check in and check out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again."
