"Well located hotel with nice and helpful staff. Room was big and modern, with air conditioning. The hotel building where we stayed had no lift. Free coffee, tea and water (plan and sparkling). Plenty of food options around and easy connection to the city center and LIN airport, bus and tram stop right in front."

"The hotel was excellent. However the room was very small and there was no storage for travelers. If you are staying one night it's fine but we stayed 5 nights and it was difficult. The mini fridge was very nice and the complimentary drinks in the evening was a very nice amenity. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is convenient for its location near to the train station, but it is not close to the sights of the city. It is in more of a business district. The room was very large and clean. However, the pillows were probably the most uncomfortable we have ever come across. Imagine rolled up socks and other lumpy objects stuffed into a pillowcase. It was strange given that everything else was great quality and the rooms were otherwise so nice. We would stay here again if we had a similar situation where we were just passing through Milan but not intending to see the sights specifically."

"The hotel was clean and close to everything. They supplied body wash and shampoo (no conditioner - so bring if you want that!). I asked for a washcloth but they gave me a hand towel - so no washcloths available. They also provide robes to the guests and slippers. With it being such a high end hotel - I would have assumed they would have had washcloths and conditioner. The breakfast buffet was very good - there were several options and the coffee was good. I would return back to this hotel if we were staying in Milan again."
