The property is family-owned. The room is clean, well-designed, and very comfortable, containing everything you need, including fresh fruits, wine, and coffee. The steep stairs make it difficult to access, and there’s no view from the window. The service can sometimes be impatient, likely due to it being a family-run business. However, the warm, personal touch and attention to detail make it a charming place to stay. Plus, the hotel is located above the famous Uri Buri restaurant. Don’t let the minor inconveniences deter you

Liked: Staff & service
A few misleading things on the listing. There is no breakfast or bar available at the property. There is no sunset view from the property, but rather rooftops of buildings. Very steep 2nd flight of metal stairs to rooftop where the two rooms are. We were a little taken aback by the bird cages and items in the rooftop on our first impression. But, the room was very clean and comfortable and owners very nice, leaving little snacks in the morning. We never were able to get the tv to work even after asking one of the owners for help. Parking can be tough when it is busy. We waited 1/2 hour once until a spot opened up. All in all, the location worked out fine, we were comfortable in the room, the owners were very kind, but we would probably choose another place to stay if we were to return.

The best place in Akko, very clean, nice and decent people create a cozy atmosphere for their guests, I definitely recommend it!!!
our stay was really pleasing and lovely, quiet and calm and exactly what we imagined.
super clean pretty and we got a bottle of wine, fruits and nuts as a gift which was very nice too
would recommend completely
The hosts are exceptional …entry to St. Anna does contain a lot of steps, but do not let get in your way.

Terrible expedience. I arrived late, found out luggage had to be carried to 3rd floor via steps. Parking was street parking only and at 9ap following morning I had an $80 parking ticket even though there was no “ No Parking “ sign.
Amazing guest house, beautiful, quiet, very well located right in the old Akko, the room was very nice and comfortable with everything you might need. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful even offering me a local cake that tasted very good or tips about restaurants in the area ! A good reference to find it is that it’s very close to the restaurant Uri Buri.
I really recommend staying at St Anna to visit old Akko !
Great place to stay right by the sea! Loved our host. She was very sweet and thoughtful. Even brought us treats! Everything we needed for a great stay was provided. As other reviews have mentioned, there are a lot of steps up to the apartment. So be sure you can handle them with your luggage. Loved our stay!
Hard to find, but very nice lady who gave us the keys. Good location in old city. It is more of a B and B like situation not a hotel. Rooms are on the top of the building in the back with a terrace housing plants, storage items and some caged pidgeons.
Amenities were good with complimentary coffee, fruit and wine.
Proprietor Absent. Unable to check in, no one was there at check in time, after 3 pm on my booked arrival date. Please provide a full refund. It was impossible to stay there. I was forced to go elsewhere.
The place isn't easy to find until you know where it is. Look for Uri Buri, just next to the sea wall by the lighthouse. Behind Uri Buri is Saint Anna - go up the steps but not through the front door, take the steps to the left and then along the corridor and up another set of steps to the roof terrace - your room will be one of the two there. If we'd known that it would have saved us an hour of wandering around.
Once inside the room was fantastic - clean, quiet, good wifi and a decent amount of space. Most importantly it was a great base for exploring the city and the Templar Tunnels were about a minutes walk and the citadel maybe 10 minutes at most.
I loved this cute little apartment! It was very spacious, had a very nice outdoor space, two splits which kept the room nice and cool. I didn't cook, but the kitchen was well equipped, even has its own filtered water dispenser. Very nicely decorated, bathroom was nice - clean and spacious. Comfortable bed.
Great location, right next to Uri Buri (which was an amazing meal!). Some people said they had trouble finding it, I didn't have trouble, drove right in and had a parking space. It is up quite a few stairs, so if you can separate your luggage to just what you need for your stay that is certainly advisable.
When I was leaving, my car wouldn't start (I had left flashers on too long so it drained the battery). Even though the manager/owner(??) spoke zero English, she got me someone to give me a jump within 15 minutes.
Fantastic place, wished I had stayed two nights!
It was a little hard to find this guest house at first, but the communication with the owner was easy. She helped me over the phone. There are two beautiful suites side by side at the top of one of the homes at the tip of the old city near the western exit of the Templar Tunnel. There are quite a few steps up to the suite, but once you open the door you will be happy that you made reservations here. The suite is clean and comfortable with the ability to make coffee tea, etc. The bathroom has been upgraded and the A/C works great. You may also find some treats left for you. Her family lives nearby and dropped off some fruit and nuts and even some fresh baked sweets at one point. The host left a nice bottle of wine as well. The area is wonderful for exploring by foot. We were able to park our car nearby and didn’t touch it for two days. If you have no problem walking up stairs book this guest house!
Room was nice but findin it was a bit tough since this was not a hotel, just 2 rooms for rent. They were however nicely situated on a rooftop with a lovely view of the sea. Getting to the rooftop with luggage required climbing 3 flights of steep and narrow stairs. Be forewarned! I had my 18 year old son and am in pretty good shape so we made it fine but not for everyone.
Sitting on the rooftop was lovely with the plants and cats and birds, the gentleman even cut some flowers for me. There was also a bottle of nice wine in fridge lady left us some cake in the morning.
Parking was also a bit of a challenge since it was very close to beach, we had a tiny car and found a spot. Again it all depends on what you’re used to and can handle. I liked the eclectic feel.
