Tv did not work the whole time is was there. My room smelt horrible like a damp smell. Front desk lady charged me $30 to stay for an extra 2 hrs on checkout day and had a smart remark when I left. Wouldn’t stay there

Our room had a couple issues. The room smelled strongly of mildew. Our cable box was missing so we couldn’t use the TV. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was so low you had to get really close to the shower head or take a colder shower. The price was affordable but I’d rather pay more and stay somewhere else. The housekeeping staff was great though!

Decent and Safe Feeling...

Very decent place to rest for the price. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Staff was nice. Room was a little outdated but it wasn't bad.

First of all on their website they say they are pet friendly. Then right after the time you have to cancel then send you a pre checkin and it says no pets allowed. When I tried canceling 6 times, no one would respond to me.

The room was missing pictures from the walls but the hooks and brackets were on the walls. The bathroom needs some updating and a better paint job. For a king size bed there were only 3 pillows which I thought was weird.

The front check in area, elevator and common areas outside of the rooms were dingy and did not appear clean. The elevator stainless steel walls had hand prints smeared up and down. The check in attendant was not very friendly, helpful or informative. Would not stay again.

I don’t expect much anymore but this was a new low

Desk clerk couldn’t find reservation but I’m sure he could have found a room for an additional cost if I had been unable to produce a confirmation email. Shower valve was either plumbed incorrectly or handle installed wrong making hot water position a guessing game. I cannot remember the last time I was in a hotel room and there was not a single handicap bar in the shower. Breakfast was unremarkable but they usually are. The juice dispenser was curious as instead of wither orange or apple it dispensed a combination?

I don't think the gentleman who checked us in actually said a word to us. Extremely unpleasant or indifferent. Carpet in room had a lot of stains. I called ahead and asked for a 1hr later checkout, which they confirmed, but our key card to the room locked us out at the regular checkout time.

Poor

The pool was closed and they offered no discount or pool access with neighboring hotels. It’s a bit run down - lack of attention to detail. Many of the channels on the guide aren’t accessible - limited options for small children. When I came in, I was told the coffee wasn’t good and I should go to Waffle House instead. The vending machine was out of order. Not worth the $100+ we paid.

Stay somewhere else

This place was average at best. Definitely not worth the $240 stay for 2 nights. It included breakfast which one morning there was absolutely nothing left just an hour after it started. Other customers expressed their displeasure as well which met no real response from the guy working. Also had to listen to another customer complain about a dirty bathroom and sheets and roaches in the room when she checked in and really nothing was done to make the situation better. All she was looking for was some money back. Upon checking out had to listen to a loud exchange between the older gentleman cleaning rooms and the younger man behind the counter…very unprofessional.
