Excellent Apartment

Apartment is in an excellent position in the marina area and right by the beach, It is very quiet through the day and night, Apartment was clean and tidy and i will definitely stay there again

Positive: The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, a market and a pharmacy. Aqualand is just a 15min walk away. There’s a direct bus from the airport (number 40) to Estación Adeje and from there it’s about a 15min walk to the property. Make sure to arrive before 10 pm, as there is a staff member at the parking barrier who can assist if needed. Negative: Unfortunately, there was a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom despite daily cleaning. I assume this may be due to the building’s age and its old drainage system. Make sure you cover all the sink drains. The staff do not speak English, but communication is easy enough using a translation app. No one answered via WhatsApp or answered our call on arrival. If you’re claustrophobic, avoid booking ground floor studios. We stayed in room 108, which was quite dark, during the day too and the windows can’t be left open as they are actually part of the entrance door. The swimming pool water is not warm however there is a hot jacuzzi . Overall we had a good stay.

very clean apartment very good place to stay not far to bars and beach but no one speaks english so can not speak to any one if you have problem no were to freshen up if you have a late flight had to hang about all day good job it was not raining

Great Location - Needs Modernising

As there is no reception and you receive an Access Code to enter - I emailed up to 13.00 and got the information at 14.42 - Check in was 15.00 so was getting a little worried ! The location is excellent, right opposite the Puerto Colon. The apartment was very spacious, all rooms quite big and the terrace was nice outside too and the grounds are really nice and well maintained.. There were Fans in Bedroom and Sitting Room area. Furniture needs to be updated though - Nice stay all the same

Great location ,apartment tired and very basic .no clothes for kitchen, no small soap for bathroom .No bottle opener. Guys at front door were great . Advertise pool bar. No there isnt ! Some noise from local bars

no wifi !!!!

not to helpful with booking and very confusing pre arrival info, the wifi is non existent and cost me a fortune to pay a roaming tarrife for my phone. however friendly staff especially the gate man and cleaners. nice view , very big balcony and comfy bed. we would stay again if in puerto colon.

Lovely location, right on the harbour front. The apartments are ex timeshare and are now showing their age. A few things looked a bit poor (cracked shower door, burn marks on tables etc) but on the hole we were happy. They have large security gates that you open with the code they provide you via email. There isnt a reception or any staff to talk to, however the car park staff are connected to the complex and they allowed us to put our cases in a locked office until our apartment was ready. Apartment was a 2 bed and it was far larger than expected. The 2 balconies were also huge. You can talk to the staff on whatsapp and i asked them where the oven is?? I was told they have removed all the ovens because people were leaving them on.... Strange responce. Anyway we had hoped to cook a pizza but No.... As for the location your a 1min walk to the La Pinta beach. €6 a sun bed for the day. We spend most days here apart for the usual Siam Park and Loro Park. Overall, lovely holiday here.

Property did everything we needed it to, comfy beds lovely balcony overlooking the harbour. It didn't have an oven, but it appears that is the norm for the area and very few apartments do. It was very warm and the fans attached to the wall/ceiling had minimal effect. ac units can be hired and if I stay here again (which I would be happy to) I would hire one. The pool is very deep and needs a refurb but is clean and a nice temperature. The hot tub on the side is a great addition, clean and warm. A great apartment and great location.
