The villa is located in an exclusive residential area.

The nearest services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are at only 5 minutes away by car.

The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car. the nearest beach is: playa de torviscas. Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos is 6 minutes away by car.

The property is a two-story house. in the ground floor there is:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- living area with dining table, sofas and TV;
- Toilette.

on the top floor there are:
- 3 bedrooms;
- 2 full bathrooms;
- wide shared terrace.

the pool is on the ground floor. It's 9x4m. The first 1.20m is a unique step where you can play safely with children and babies and put the sunbed / lounger on top. The pool is provided with an electric cover that helps maintain and increase the temperature of the pool throughout the day. The pool also has an electric heating system. 8 hours of operation are included in the price. 24 hours of operation have an additional cost of 15 euros per day.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a terrific time staying at the beautiful Villa with our three children. They loved the outdoors area and the swimming pool was perfect as well as the ping pong table. The view from the Villa is breathtaking and the Villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was up to standard and fully met our expectations. We hope to be back soon.

Recently stayed here with a group of friends and the villa was just like the photos! It is ideal for a family or group of friends with lots of space and comes very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The check in and out process was super easy. Well what can we say just WOW!! Out first time in a villa and what better villa to stay in than this one. Very clean, everything you need to cook meals, pool more than big enough and was cleaned during our week stay. Outside space spacious and luxurious. Couldn’t fault any part of the villa. A beautiful villa for a relaxing week away

My husband and young kids stayed here over May half term and we had a great time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a lovely view from the bedrooms and balcony. The pool area is great with plenty of loungers and a cabana/sofa area which offers a bit of shade from the sun. The tiles around the pool are not slippy and the rest is artificial grass so was great for the boys to play on. It does get hot though! The villa is set up hill from the resorts so would need a car to get about, but it’s only a short drive to get to where there are shops, restaurants and bars are or the beach. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport by car too which was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is fully equipped. We enjoyed the lovely swimming pool with nice warm water. From the cozy balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunset every evening. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood. In 10 minutes (by car) you can be at Playa del Duque, in our opinion the most beautiful beach in Tenerife. Contact with the owner could not have been better!

The villa is absolutely beautiful and the view is too. The host was amazing at dealing with a couple of minor issues (weather related) through no fault of anyone’s but had someone there to fix the issues within hours. He was very polite and accommodating also. The villa was very clean, had everything we could have needed. Cannot fault this place at all. Definitely worth the stay if you are happy to get a taxi to and from the villa to be away from the tussle and bustle of the main part. Wonderful stay would stay again. Thank you

It does say 8 mins from the beach, yes if you on a zip wire!, 10-15 mins in the car to be more truthful, also the property is high up on the side of a mountain so you will need a hire car. Saturday and Sunday were the quietest days as there was constant loud noise from building work through the week. The pictures of the Villa don’t show the building site next door, a bit of an eye sore from the balcony. The pool is lovely and well maintained. All in all we loved our 10 night stay here and would book again if there was no building work!

You need a car to be able to move around like shops etc , but is lots taxis and lots companies deliver food to this area like glovo etc. For a family with young children if was me to keep eye one young ones The tennis table had to be on top and some new rackets too. inside the house was everything that you necessary need for a normal vacation .the owner very attentive always ready to help,if I recommended this house yes without a doubt the area has a lot of sun I found a quiet and safe area .pool area yes very good with good space.thank you
