La Casita holiday apartment is located in Adeje, Tenerife, and offers beautiful sea views. The 30 m² apartment is set in a restored 150-year-old barn, furnished in Nordic style. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. A highlight is the shared outdoor area with the owner next door, featuring a garden with furniture, a covered terrace, an open terrace, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a chill-out zone with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains.



Restaurants, bars, shops, and cafés are within a 5-minute walk (350 m), and the nearest beach, Playa de Ajabo, is an 11-minute drive (7.2 km). Here, you can relax on the sand, swim, or stroll along the coast. The island’s airport is only 23 minutes by car (26.5 km).



Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. The host has 3 dogs and 2 cats; the dogs are not loose and do not bark. For safety reasons, guests under 18 are not permitted. Due to stairs to one bedroom, this property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. Parties are strictly forbidden; breaking this rule will result in cancellation. Please note the pool is neither private nor heated, but shared with the owners next door. Bed linen and towels are changed for stays over 7 days.
