We had no hot water in our room. However, the hotel went to great lengths to remedy the issue, including paying for multiple breakfasts and lunches. Very nice bungalow accommodation. Our bungalow had a beautiful view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the large porch. Our hostess, Karine, was very enjoyable and accommodating. She even let us borrow her personal snorkeling gear! Five-star review all around!
