We welcome you to this air-conditioned bungalow, fully equipped for 6,
3 bedrooms, 5 beds, high semi-covered terrace and 1 private parking spaces.

Ideal place to rest and spend your holidays on a green and wooded site, plane trees, rivers, ponds, Canal du Midi ..

Shops and restaurants nearby. Bicycle path.

In a quiet and family campsite,
"The authentic" Mobile home offers you

an interior space composed of:

- A central living room with table and chairs, equipped kitchen, shower and separate WC.
- A master bedroom with a double bed 140X190cm, a wardrobe, bedside table.
- 2 children's bedrooms with 2 single beds each, wardrobe and bedside table.

A landscaped outdoor space:

- with a semi-covered high wooden terrace and its garden furniture.
- 1 private parking space.

The rental includes water, electricity and gas. It is equipped with:
- A gas hob with 4 fireplaces + hood
- A combined fridge-freezer,
- Microwave, coffee maker, Mini chopper
- Kitchen inventory for 6 (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, ...)
- Kitchen utensils, saucepan and frying pan, ..

We will leave games and toys for children, ping pong, ball, children's bikes and scooters, skittles, etc.

the rental includes:

- Free access to the open water park from MAY to MID-SEPTEMBER
- Entertainment for children in high season, June, July, August
- evening entertainment for all in July and August,
- Petanque, ping-pong, beach volleyball,


In order to facilitate your trip, We will provide you with:

** A Beach kit:
Icebox with freezer block, parasol, beach mat, children's beach tent.

** A baby kit: Booster chair, Cane stroller, Foldable stool, bed rails for children, games and toys

** A barbecue kit: Barbecue and barbecue utensils, storage


Information:

- Reception open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Car access limited between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
No entry at night is allowed except emergency.
-1 private parking space on site,
-Free outdoor parking for additional vehicles
-Before departure end of stay cleaning and leave the place clean as on arrival.
