Single-story villa of approximately 125 m², southeast-facing, very well-maintained, with a 66 m² terrace, a 1000 m² wooded plot, not overlooked, and a swimming pool (9m x 3.5m), located in the Rochelongue district.

This villa features a beautiful spacious entrance, a warm and bright living room, a separate equipped kitchen, and an adjoining laundry room (oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, washing machine, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle).

A master suite with a queen-size bed, a bathroom (shower) and a toilet.
Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other a double-size bed.
One separate toilet.

Dear tenants, pets are not allowed in this property.

Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this villa. You can request them from the agency if necessary.

Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Mattress protectors and small blankets are provided.

Towels: €10 per person.
