"This hotel was very asthetically pleasing, from the grounds, to the rooms, and even the bar! We had a triple room (twin and a double bed), which was compact, but still plenty of room to move around. We appreciated being on the first floor as it was quite warm outside and the rooms do not have AC. We had a lovely dinner in the bar and also enjoyed relaxing on the adjoining patio. Staff was very accommodating and efficient. Location is an easy 15 minute walk into city center, which was a fun area to explore. If you're not from Ireland, heads up that hotels don't seem to provide conditioner (at least none of the four we stayed in did). "
"Our hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly and from the moment we arrived more than happy to pass on information to places to visit in Ireland. The cottage was so welcoming and we loved every moment we had there. Any questions we had were always answered extremely quickly. "The rooms interconnect so we were able to have our family of 5 stay together which was a big bonus. Most of the other properties gave us rooms near each other, not what I wanted. It’s ok since my kids aren’t toddlers but I preferred the connecting. So big bonus to stay here. Also the kids loved the breakfast here. Be aware the price has increased even though it is not listed. Still worth it though. I enjoyed the location near a launderette, gas station, and food options. Noise level and beds were good too. Room is spacious and I appreciated the table and chairs. "
