"Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut.Küche hervorragend."

"We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay. Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, ...

"Beautiful new suite, great location - a few minutes walk from Skala port. Had a massage in the spa which was excellent. Only thing that’s disappointing is that you are charged for using the private hotel beach sunloungers. Great and helpful staff. Would recommend."

"Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent both nights dealing with the infestation while travelling with a young child. What disappointed us even more was the owner’s attitude. "Όλα τα καταστήματα είναι πολύ κοντά και οι παραλίες το ίδιο. Δεν χρειάζεσαι μεταφορικό μέσο, ούτε καν ποδήλατο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό. Η καθαριότητα καθημερινή. Την πισίνα δεν την χρησιμοποιήσαμε παρόλο που περιλαμβανόταν στις παροχές. Γενικά, ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραία."

"Great for the price!"

"Sentralt. Koselig."

"Staff were great, nothing too much trouble and great value breakfast"

"5 star friendliness. Property in excellent condition. Perfect location."

"The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly made us feel like we were in our own home. Extremely comfortable room we had great night sleep!"

"We had a good experience staying in Erato Hotel. Great location, accessible to the beach, bus stop, restaurants and souvenir shops. Highly recommended!"

"View was incredible, very large"

"Lage ist super Sauber Frühstück sehr schlecht!"

"We were disappointed with the property because we asked on arrival about noise from the speakers outside the bar/restaurant. We were told there were no other rooms available (when the hotel clearly wasn't full). We were located at ground floor practically next the the restaurant. The lady on reception mentioned the quiet time (2 - 5pm), which was also stated on the check in information. On the second day, this quiet time didn't happen - they still played music all day. Unfortunately the...
