booking not accepted by hotel
The hotel had no confirmation from hotels.com for this booking and did not accept the email confirmation i showed them. This is the first time that I have faced a problem with a bookng done by you. I had to pay excess as per their rack rate and also lost earling the free night

The staffs were very cooperative and hospitable. In all, the stay was comfortable and safe. However, the price I paid seems to be very high. At times, the guests may face inconveniences due to block booking for holding marriages, parties, etc.

Very nice hotel with terrible service
The hotel is very new and comfortable, rooms are clean, breakfast really good. The staff (reception and restaurant) is terrible - at the very beginning they were not able to find our reservation, then they tried to charge us for the breakfast (it shoud be included). After we told them that we call orbitz they "solved" the problem ... At the restaurant the staff do not speak and understand English at all, half of menu is not available and the waiter is running between us and the kitchen to verify if we can order something. After dinner we were asked for review but we had to do it in restaurant, with four people staring at us.
