Our stay was wonderful. Not crowded at all. We felt as if we were the only ones there even though we weren't. The private dipping pool was amazing. There were also two other pools on the grounds. Plenty of hills and roads on hotel grounds for those of us who like to run. The rooms look exactly like the photos on the website. The chef will make your dish however you request it. Arrived at the resort at 9pm, after 3hra drive from San Juan. It was raining hard, and security met us half way to escort us all the way to the resort. fromt desk was closed (they usually go home after 6pm :( which I have never seen before) Security gave us our keys and took us to our room. The suite was spacious. This place is beautiful, clean and quiet. But only has 1 restaurant and they close at 10pm, not much to do after 10pm

They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. The room itself was clean, but it was labeled as a partial ocean view room that is on the first floor about four feet from the parking lot, and the only way you could see the view is if you had the curtains open so that everyone saw into your room and if you were looking over the hedges to see the ocean.
